The Certification System for Excellent Corporations for Health Management is a system to recognize corporations, including large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises, that practice particularly excellent health management, based on their efforts to address local health issues and the promotion of health promoted by the Japan Health Council.

Employee health promotion through non-smoking
To protect the health of all employees and their families, we are promoting a company-wide non-smoking policy.
In addition to the total smoking ban on company premises, including buildings at all business locations (effective October 1, 2017) as stipulated in the "Detailed Regulations on Smoking," we implement the following measures.
1. Promotion of non-smoking during break times and display of educational posters
2. Assistance at outpatient smoking cessation clinics
3. Provide health-related information through "Kenko Dayori" (health newsletter) once every three months.
We have also received other commendations and certifications that are in line with the Hyogo and Miyagi regions.
Youth Development
Youth Yell Certification
Under this system, the Minister of Health, Labor, and Welfare certifies small and medium-sized enterprises actively recruit and develop young people and have excellent employment management conditions for young people.
The conditions for certification are to recruit and hire full-time employees for young people and proactive efforts in human resource development.

Kurumin Certification
The Kurumin certification system is based on the Law for Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation (Next Generation Law). It certifies employers that have formulated and implemented a general business owner action plan, achieved the goals outlined, and met standards as a company that supports child rearing.
Aska Company has acquired the "Platinum Kurumin" certification.
(Platinum Kurumin has stricter standards).

We have formulated a "General Business Owner Action Plan" based on the Next Generation Law to enable all employees to fully demonstrate their abilities by creating an environment in which they can balance work and child-rearing and in which all employees can work comfortably.

Eruboshi Certification
This certification system is based on the "Law for the Promotion of Women's Advancement." It is a system for certifying companies that have formulated and submitted a general business owner action plan and have implemented excellent initiatives for the advancement of women.
Companies need to meet the standards. They are evaluated at three levels.
