In response to the growing demand for "suspended storage" in bathrooms, we are developing a specialized nozzle that allows pouches to be hung and used directly.
While existing products in the market faced challenges such as insufficient compatibility with high-viscosity liquids and issues with dripping, our new product overcomes these hurdles with a more versatile design.
Furthermore, many conventional products contain metal components, posing challenges for recyclability.
In line with our "Plastic Resource Circulation Strategy," Aska Company has adopted a "Metal-less, 4-Part Construction" using only plastic materials.
We offer a next-generation packaging solution that balances ease of installation with high environmental performance.

- Superior Convenience through Hanging： Suspending the pouch from a towel bar or similar fixture saves space.
It prevents the buildup of "slime" often found on bottle bottoms, ensuring hygiene. By utilizing gravity, the contents can be used up completely to the last drop without waste. - Adaptability to a Wide Range of Viscosities:： A single nozzle provides smooth discharge for everything from low-viscosity liquids to high-viscosity hair treatments. Our unique structure ensures a clean cut-off after use, thoroughly preventing drips.

The all-plastic construction eliminates the need for sorting during disposal, making recycling effortless. This design fully aligns with Japan’s "Plastic Resource Circulation Strategy." - Intuitive Operation： The dispenser releases an appropriate amount with a simple "pinch and press" motion. It is easy for users of all generations to operate with just one hand.

Development Background and Concept
Leveraging our years of accumulated expertise, Aska Company has developed a wide variety of caps and spouts.
Recently, we have seen a growing demand in the market for small-volume pouch products, such as travel sets and "mini-cosmetics."
However, conventional screw-caps pose a recurring inconvenience: users often have nowhere to set the cap down after opening, making it easy to lose.
Additionally, while hanging displays are highly effective for retail promotion, they traditionally require punching a hole in the pouch itself—a process that adds costs and limits design flexibility.
We developed this product to simultaneously resolve these "user stresses" and "manufacturing challenges."

Product Features
Integrated "Hinge Structure" to Prevent Loss
We have adopted an integrated structure where the cap and spout are connected by a hinge.
Since there is no need to detach the cap during use, the risk of losing it is completely eliminated.
Taking full advantage of the hinge design, the cap can be flicked open with one hand and securely recapped simply by pushing it back into place.
"Hanging Hook Hole" to Enhance Display Performance
A hook hole is built directly into the cap unit.
This eliminates the secondary process of punching holes in the pouches, contributing significantly to reduced manufacturing costs.
Additionally, because products can be hung directly on retail fixtures or convenience store hooks, this design streamlines in-store stocking and improves product visibility by "floating" the display.
